Saya dalam tempoh notis 2 bulan & dapat offer letter gaji lebih RM520 drpd skrg. Jarak pulak lebih kurang 40 minit dari rumah kalau baik motor. Tapi dalam tempoh probation 3-6 bulan tidak dibayar epf & perlu bekerja sehingga hari sabtu serta kadang perlu ot. berbaloi ke? boleh ke sign offer letter & kalau kedepan ada dpt better offer cakap tolak dekat comp ni?

This company is definitely a "red flag" coz they are taking an advantage towards a naive future employee like u. I would advice u to know ur right as an employee.
1. It is an employer duty to provide it's worker (doesn't matter if the worker is on contract, probation, part time or fulltime) epf & socso. It's an offense.
2. The new amended Working Act protecting workers to work up to 45hours a week. More than that, the employer need to pay OT to you.
Kindly consider before accepting to offer.
