Salah ke if kita ni masih under probation nak ambil Mc.. kalau dah memang x sihat.. memang kena paksa ke datang kerja ? Adakah tu boleh jadi salah satu reason untuk employer terminate kita ? Kalau dia panjangkan tempoh probation boleh terima lagi.. tapi terminate sbb selalu mc.. padahal kita buat kerja ok.. fast learner n can do multiple tasks..

Tak salah pun if you take MC when you’re sick especially if you really need rest to recover. Cuma employer might feel a bit concerned if you take frequent MCs during probation, since it can affect their assessment of your reliability. But if you’re doing a good job and handling your tasks well then I’d suggest talking to your boss about it. Maybe let them know you're doing your best but just need time to get better.
