Performance Marketing Executive
im a fresh grad. previously worked in my 1st job that i had no interest in so i quit after a month. recently i found a remote job that offers a lot of opportunities in the area i want to grow in. however, i checked their glassdoor reviews and all 5 reviews are negative, complaining about the same thing— bad leadership culture & heavy workload with 0 benefits. i dont mind the work but im worried about the management because i dont think i can handle mental stress again. any advice?
