Bila hire orang tak berpengalaman tapi kita yang kena buat semua kerja memang stress. 3 bulan notice memang rasa macam forever. Kalau betul-betul nak lompat, better start apply kerja dulu dan bila dapat offer baru, bincang baik-baik dengan HR pasal notice. Most company akan consider shorten notice sebab replacement susah.
