Store Supervisor
Hi everyone, I need some advice.
I’ve applied to about 50jobs recently, but I’ve only received one interview so far. I’m wondering if there’s anything I should improve to increase my chances. Any tips on how to make my application stand out or what recruiters usually look for? Appreciate any advice, thank you!

Sometimes the issue isn’t your skills, it’s how they’re presented. If you’ve applied to 50 jobs and only got 1 interview, consider refreshing your profile, getting someone to review your resume and focusing on roles that closely match your core strengths. Quality applications usually work better than quantity.

I ingat lagi hr pernah cakap, kalau dapat iv, sebab resume candidate ada experience and skills yang company nak, tapi masa attend iv candidate kena buat interviewer suka kita, kalau suka pass kalau tak kena ghost atau rejct hahahaa 😂😭
