Pernah tak you dah perform habis baik, selalu dapat pujian melambung from boss & co-workers and you always tolong your colleagues to finish their work only to receive "performance met expectations" during your appraisal? Pastu you macam kecewa & confused at the same time. When asked what areas to improve? The answers given are very vague and unrealistic until you feel like you dunno whether to cry or to laugh. Then lastly you redha je la, dgn harapan dpt jugak bonus & increment tahun depan. 🥹

Aduhhhh rasa dia memang pedih. Bila orang atas puji tiap hari tapi bila appraisal keluar macam tak sama langsung dengan reality. Kadang rasa macam, “Eh, aku ni invisible ke?” Honestly, this usually comes down to poor communication and vague KPIs. That’s why kita selalu push for things like regular check-ins and clear expectations dari awal, so benda tak jadi macam ni at the end of the year.

So relatable! Bila kerja keras, tolong orang lain siap dapat pujian tapi appraisal macam tak nampak sangat effort tu. Memang buat kita rasa kecewa dan blur. Jawapan vague masa tanya nak improve pun buat kita macam, “Apa ni?” Kadang rasa nak gelak pun ada. Tapi takpe, kita ambil positif... maybe ni peluang untuk kita highlight lagi apa yang kita buat next time. BTW jangan lupa celebrate small wins and keep your head up. Bonus & increment tu bonus je!

But then one day, I had to cover someone else's work, and suddenly I was condemned for not finishing the tasks on time. I was just helping out with someone else's job and couldn't even claim overtime. But I'm determined to submit my resignation letter today.

Benda toxic gini jangan tolerate. Rezeki Allah taala luas. Explore lagi tempat lain. Ramai lagi org yg bole menghargai kita. I’ve been in that situation. Mental and hati kita hari hari akan down selagi kita tak gerak ☺️

saya pulak time appraisal dapat semua markah tinggi. tak ada complaint apa. tiba tak dapat bonus and increment. bila tanya manager, dia just cakap not entitled. bila tanya reason, dia ignore terus.

Bila tanya nak improve apa, jawapan vague sampai tak faham apa yang depa nak. Memang buat aku confuse dan rasa down sikit. Tapi last-last, redha je la and harap bonus & increment tahun depan. Kadang kita kena kuat, walaupun macam tak dihargai sangat.
