saya dah kerja dengan company saya sekarang 7 tahun 5 bulan , kerja semua okay , suasana kerja pon okay & staf semua okay cuma satu je gaji tak berapa besar , adakah patut saya cari kerja lain atau stay and buat freelance sebagai graphic designer?

buat la freelance. menarik juga idea tu. Bila pindah baru ni, banyak benda nak kena fikir. documentation, bergaul dengan colleague. Semua tu atleast nak biasakan kena amik 3 bulan

Buat freelance pun ok. Tapi kerja 7 tahun kalau gaji still bawah 3k, baik cari lain ah 😅

Freelance ni best sebab you tak terikat dengan any company. You boleh kerja anytime, and you boleh decide when you nak go for holidays or vacation. The downside, people might concern about your epf. Sebab benefits tu is on your own.
