Assistant Regional Manager
Bukan nak complaint tapi just nak meluahkan perasaan. Kenapa bila apply kerja di luar KL/Selangor, gaji mesti tak dapat yg setimpal dengan jawatan. Currently I'm earning about RM5k & planning to move back to Kelantan. I dh apply mcm2 kerja manager level, but gaji is only between RM3k-Rm4k maximum. I tak boleh nk dpt gaji yg sama pun dgn what I'm earning dkt sini BUT workload lagi byk dari apa yg i buat sekarang. With my experience of 7yrs, takkan I nk downgrade gaji? How can I earn same/more?

jangan,bro... i'm said what i said. bro hanya boleh balik ke Kelantan jika planning berSARA/PENCEN sebab harga hidup KL beza harga hidup Kelantan. teruskan stay KL,bila buat keputusan RETIRED it's ok to be back at home. define terms of pensioner adalah rumah kecil biasa,kereta kecil habis loan,dan aktiviti masjid surau 24/7,weekend community gathering. As someone pernah merasa gaji 5k above & stay in kl, i advised you and for your sake don't. I moved to perlis bcs I hv to follow my husb. The company reduced my salary 1.5k with no ot. Alasan masa iv, lifestyle perlis is different. Nonsense and very depressing! I had my mental breakdown ever since i moved here. So please think about clearly k? Best of luck!

if I were you, I'd consider cari kerja yang remote-based. Because nak dapat gaji RM5k dkt Klate i rasa mustahil unless you dah kerja dkt company tu lama. Maybe boss2 HOD level boleh la kot earn that much. Kalau manager level, belum lagi. Or just accept je kerja yang gaji lower but at the same time buat la extra jobs. I'm sure kerja dkt Klate is not as stressful as kerja dkt KL kan?

Encik, di kelantan mmg tak dpt gaji mcm tuu.. tgok ada degree pon ketarr dahh majikan sbb tkot nak bayar gaji.. sy waste 6 tahun di klatan dgn alasan "xnak degree" tp xleh bt apa sbb kena jaga org tua.

I feel you! Macam i ni design work memang banyak but gaji sometimes tak setimpal. Tapi, kalau focus pada skills yang lebih advanced or even learn new tools, it might help stand out. Also, remote design jobs are growing, maybe you can look into that untuk dapat gaji lebih tinggi sambil still bekerja dari Kelantan

For marketing, maybe boleh explore digital marketing roles or even remote opportunities yang boleh offer gaji lebih tinggi. Operations Engineer
is it enough with 5k salary in KL. this is my journey my last drawn salary in melaka basic 8k + allowance 2k = 10k as `Operation Engineer.
Now i get new offer in selangor As Sr Shift Manager 15k basic + 3k allowance. For me it same as before because of living expanses in selangor and melaka is diff. Tapi syukur lah dengan rezeki yg ada..

Salam sejahtera rakan2 semua, sye penduduk Johor, JB, gaji x pernah cecah 3k pon... gaji 3k & above utk position admin officer atau exec yg diiklankan tu perlu fasih dlm bahasa mandarin, ataupun dikira added advantage, tapi akhirnya x dipilih juga, masih gagal. Kebanyakan di sini minta kelayakan bahasa mandarin. Kalo dh cecah 5k stay KL, better stay KL buat masa ni... nak move balik ke Klate tu boleh dipertimbangkan dalam masa beberapa tahun lagi, kalo tidak rushing buat masa ni.
