I've been in this company for about 2 years and every year I always dpt max bonus & kenaikan gaji sbb kerja I bagus. Tapi I perasan lately, kerja I makin bertambah dan di luar scope yang I selalu buat. At first, I thought takde masalah tolong orang sikit2. But now makin kerap. Boss pulak tak cakap apa2 eventho he knew. He even said that it's a good thing, so I can learn more utk naik pangkat. But dia takkan naikkan pangkat I pun sebab takde kosong. So should I still tolerate this nonsense??

Oh no.. I get how you feel. Extra work without promotion in the future is quite unfair. Maybe what I can suggest is have an honest chat with your boss to ask if there’s a timeline for this add-ons. If there really isn’t, you’ll need to decide if the learning alone is worth it or if it’s time to look for a place that values your effort better.

Biasalah kerja bertambah tanpa kenaikan jawatan memang boleh buat stress. Boss cakap nak bagi learning experience tapi tanpa peluang naik pangkat, rasa macam spin wheel je. I suggest terus open conversation with boss, highlight yang you happy nak belajar tapi perlukan kepastian about your career growth. Kalau jawapan masih kabur or unclear then you boleh decide sama ada nak teruskan atau cari peluang lain yang lebih appreciate effort you.

Highlight your efforts and ask for feedback on what the next steps are for promotion. Make it clear so you pun tak ada rasa pressure or burn out.
