Marketing Executive
I want to resign from current job because salary not enough to commute to workplace + high commitment. Current job contract position without salary increment for 2 years (2.8k only) also love to change job scope. Before this WFH but recently asked to be in-person back to office (workplace and home distance about 47km 1 way) My notice period is 2 months. Should i submit resignation letter now or wait until i get new job?

Better secure new job dulu if boleh, especially sekarang commitment tinggi and notice period pun 2 bulan. At least kurang stress pasal duit nanti.

Company suka ubah job scope + revoke WFH memang boleh jadi dealbreaker jugak. Sounds macam workload makin banyak tapi benefit maintain sama je.

Contract role without clear progression memang susah nak stay lama. Maybe this is a good time untuk cari company yang lebih stable and dekat sikit dengan rumah.

Kalau mental and physical dah betul-betul exhausted, boleh start apply sekarang while still working. Jangan tunggu sampai burnout teruk sangat.

Since notice period lama, actually bagus juga start apply sekarang. Banyak company boleh tunggu kalau candidate memang suitable and transparent pasal notice period.
