Accounts Manager
If my 1st period salary is 24/09 - 23/10 and I start working on 1st Oct, how many day should minus on my pay if they divide by 31days.
I am absent on 24/09 to 30/09 is only 7days right? But they are deducted me 8days.
Every day talking the same issues and when I take leave they are deducted my salary. The problem is almost 1 and half month, they did not pay me and settle my issues. Anyone can advise me for the further action?

Here have 2 issue, the 1st issue is the 1st period cut off day salary wrongly cut. The 2nd issues is they deduct my salary when I take my AL.
