Totally agree that the value proposition is key. People need to understand immediately how your solution solves their problem. I’ve seen too many proposals that just list features but don’t show the impact. Adding solid data and keeping it concise is definitely the way to go. Thanks for the reminder!

Love this advice! It’s so true that decision-makers appreciate clear, to-the-point proposals. I’ve noticed that when I back up my proposals with numbers and case studies, it makes a huge difference in their decision.
