Masa mula2 dapat tahu I kena pecat, I was so sad & cried in front of my boss because it was my dream job. I REALLY LOVE IT but sadly, my job didn't love me back. 😭 I spent 4 months cari kerja baru, and bila dah dapat terpaksa accept salary cut. I redha. Fast forward years later, company tu bungkus sepenuhnya. Colleagues i semua kena buang. I pulak dah naik pangkat, every year dpt increment & 2-3months bonus. Agaknya kalau x dipecat, I'll never be where I am today and for that, I'm so grateful.

Dulu pun I pernah rasa macam tu. Kerja bagai nak rak, sayang tempat tu, tapi akhirnya kena let go. Rasa down, tapi sekarang bila fikir balik, it was the best thing that ever happened. I pernah alami benda lebih kurang, kena let go sebab sales target tak lepas walaupun dah all out. Masa tu down teruk, tapi bila masuk company baru, I belajar skill baru, jumpa mentor yang betul, and income pun grow jauh lebih dari dulu. Kadang2 kita kena ‘terpaksa’ move on untuk dapat breakthrough.
