Pengalaman kerja yang mematangkan. Masa dkt SME dulu, nak mintak lulus bajet utk apa2 projek sangat susah. Byk kali adjust utk approval. Gaji? Memang lower than market rate tapi sebab aku fikir boleh belajar byk from small company, aku pejam mata until 3 tahun bertahan, aku cabut because tak ada langsung kenaikan gaji. Now working with MNC, everything is so systematic. Gaji best, benefits byk. Aku bersyukur kerja SME dulu sbb kalau tak, aku takkan dpt appreciate kerja yg aku ada sekarang. 🙏

Totally agree with you! The skills and experience you gain in a smaller company can be invaluable, even if the pay isn't the best. It gives you a unique advantage when you eventually transition to a bigger company. Happy to hear you're in a better place now!

Same here! Saya pun mula kerja kat company kecil dulu, banyak struggle dengan bajet and gaji pun memang jauh bawah market rate. Tapi, macam you cakap, pengalaman tu memang valuable sebab banyak benda kita belajar. Bila dah masuk MNC, rasa sangat organized and gaji serta benefits memang best. Tapi, takkan lupa pengalaman kerja kat SME dulu sebab it really shaped who we are today, kan?

I can totally relate! I also started at an SME where everything was harder, bajet susah nak approve, kerja extra, gaji rendah. But all that struggle gave me real-world skills that you don’t get in bigger companies. Now that I'm in a more structured place, I realize how much the SME experience built my resilience and problem-solving skills. You’re right, those tough years really do shape our appreciation for the opportunities we have now.
