How is it my fault that I'm earning more than my seniors? I accidently told them my salary during a casual smoke break and ever since then, everybody's treatment towards me feels different. They're more cold, ignore me when i ask questions and sometimes exclude me from discussions. I don't understand why they're treating me like I'm the problem. Why didn't they bring up this salary issue to upper management? Pls tell me what can i do to fix my relationship with them. I can't work is silos😞

The best you can do is stay professional, keep being helpful, and try building small connections individually. Over time, showing respect and willingness to collaborate can slowly reduce the tension. Sometimes, teams just need a little patience to adjust. Best of luck!

Immature. That's not even your fault for getting higher pay lol. Next time they ignore you.. just say this "I’m okay to keep things professional, but I still need info to do my job. Can you loop me in on X?” If it still continues... straight ahead talk to your manager

This shows that they are the problem. Maybe they think they have already tried their “best effort” to get high compensation. If they were really disciplined and consistent (which are positive habits), they would ask themselves what they can improve and what they lack, instead of ghosting you like an immature person. People like this tend to always blame others but not themselves.

Tak apa la, jangan overthink about it too much. This kind of thing always happens. Give it some time for them to accept it. Rezeki tu masih2 bro.. If they can accept, maybe it's time they ciao alredy

You’re not the problem, but the situation is. Don't feel sorry and don’t apologise for your salary, just apologise if the oversharing made things awkward:
“I shouldn’t have mentioned it, my bad. Hope we can move forward" that's it.
