I sengaja letak gaji tinggi dengan harapan company yg i pergi interview haritu will back off and offer the job to someone else, but turns out they really2 want me and agreed to give me my expected salary which is 2.5x higher than my current one! But prob is, i don't want that job 😖 Macam mana I nak reject ni korang? I rasa bersalah sangat2 sebab I macam tak sengaja bagi harapan palsu dkt diorang sampai diorang rasa excited & tak sabar nak suruh i join ASAP. Aduh pening kepala mak! Tolong plss

Aduiii kalau taknak kenapa susah2 pergi interview bagai? Patutnya masa interview tu tak payah lah hardsell sangat. Buat biasa2 je. Ni dah janji macam2 mesti company tu dah expect you akan join. Buang masa org je la you ni! So now you takde choice. I rasa you kena join jugak.

Plot twist betul tapi don’t worrylah, better to say no now daripada you masuk and suffer or quit after a month kan?
Just reply nicely, something like:
“Thank you so much for the offer! I really didn’t expect it. After thinking things through, I don’t think the role is the right fit for me at this point. I truly appreciate the opportunity though!”
HR akan faham. Apa yang paling penting, jangan ghost okay!
