Hi! I nak tanya opinion. I dapat offer new job but need to start immediately sebab company urgent nk pakai orang. Baru je dapat offer letter to start in Feb. But I actually nak tunggu bonus bulan 3 nanti. So my questions to you:
1- how do i tell new company to extend offer & masuk bulan march? I takut diorang tarik balik offer sbb I taknak start awal.
2- if i tender in Feb and last day 28hb , adakah i still akan dpt bonus? Bonus akan masuk sekali dgn gaji bulan 3.
Pls help & thank you korang!

Hi, reply based on my experience. sebab situation lebih kurang sama. 1. kena communicate dgn HR. and explain bila nk hntr surat resign and estimate date masuk. Cuba negotiate. 2. untuk saya bonus 3 bulan agak tinggi . sila tunggu bonus dlu and bru hntr surat resign. please jgn inform sapa2 yg u mmg plan nk resign. sebb Bonus tu akan jadi budi bicara pulak nnt. semoga awk buat keputusan yg terbaik.

normally once you submit your resignation letter, bonus will be forfeit. Either u submit resignation letter after u get your bonus but I don't think your new company will wait you that long

you change job now, you will be back in probation period. That's also not guarantee whether the job is suitable for you or not. Worth to wait for the bonus. Think wisely ok!

Dia mcm ni. If ur salary boleh cover u punyer bonus. U tak fikir pasal bonus pun takpe. But if, your offer tak boleh cover. Better, slow talk dgn new company. Sbb as my exp, bonus automatik terbatal, once submit resignation letter. Sy dah keje dekat byk company, kebanyakan memg takkan give ur bonus, once dah submit resignation letter

Hi there, if you can wait until you get your bonus why you want to hold on something that other people need it so bad! Don’t be greedy maybe you can withdraw your application and stick with your current company furthermore this situation only stressing you. You may begin new job hunting in February

hello! for number 1 i tak tahu nk jwb but for the 2nd question i rasa you kena check dgn HR. Policy company you mcm mana? Or maybe boleh bincang dgn boss mintak dapatkan jugak bonus tu walaupun dah tender sbb bonus kan kira hak you. Hope urusan you dipermudahkan!
