I dah habis 6 bulan probation, tapi kena extend lagi 3 bulan. Is this normal? I rasa dah bagi all out, even boss pun tak kata performance i below average but still kena extend because he needs more time to evaluate me. Katanya the company is really strict and only those yg betul2 nak kerja lama & very competent je dpt permanent position. I ada tanya my seniors, but they're not so helpful. So I'm confuse whether to pulun lagi my efforts or just start cari kerja lain je lah. You rasa mcm mana?

Company macam ni sebenarnya tak respect langsung effort staff. Dah 6 bulan pun tak cukup? Itu bukan evaluation, itu sengaja delay bagi senang kick orang bila nak. Toxic habis

Honest opinion, okay sangat cari kerja lain . If dah confirm kena serve notice lagi lama . And biar je dia extend probation, if nk resign dalam probation tak lah kena serve notice lama sngt.
Im also working at new company now . Company okay but team toxic . My boss also bestie with colleagues yang toxic tu . And i rather being extend probation at the same time seek new and better opportunities.
Tapi tu lah toxic people everywhere tak boleh tahu masa interview 😆

pernah ada experience mcm ni. first time slow talk tak jalan. second time slow talk, i cakap kalau betul tak nak confirm kan, i terpaksa cari kerja lain. next few days terus dapat confirmation letter plus increment.

Konon strict, padahal taknak bayar benefit staff tetap. Kalau betul2 nak competent je stay, yang lain semua jadi hamster dalam probation wheel

Aku kene dekat flex ptp. 4 taun keje xbg surat confirm. Xpulak suruh xdtg keje. Bile nak benti lps 4 taun, eh tetibe notis mcm org dah confirm. Bile increment dgn bonus, xde pulak dia cakap kite dah confirm. Tu sume taktik. Cakap je la xde sambung probation. Senang cite
