Kalau you dah tak tahan sgt2 kerja sekarang and then dapat offer dkt company baru with better environment & awesome colleagues (i tahu sbb kwn i keje sini jugak) but gaji lagi rendah, would you resign? New offer is 30% lower than my current salary. I bukan memilih tapi i fikir ke depan. What if i nak berhenti lagi, takkan i nak demand gaji sama mcm sekarang. tak progresif lah hidup i. putar2 gaji tang tu jugak. tapi i dh betul2 mental koyak dgn company ni.😫 Kalau you jadi i, you berhenti x?

Kalau i, berhenti je kot. for me... duit boleh cari. mental koyak susah nak fix. hari2 takde mood gi kerja, rasa malas je. since you ckp environment pun better dkt tmpt baru, i rasa u boleh je buat part time cari duit lebih utk cover that 30%. Ini pendapat i je lah ek..

Sbgi bekas pengurus ambil orang bekerja dan juga seorang yg pernah berada di tempat anda... kerja toksik mcm mana sekali pun, saya nasihatkan bertahan dan jangan immediately resign. IMY, company lebih tertarik nak hire pekerja yang masih dalam tempoh bekerja dengan company lain. Pls keep on cari job offer baru atau you grab that lower pay job. Abaikan mentality downgrade kerja, sebab itu hanya perspective people yang tak patut wujud pun.

if i were you. Aku apply je tempat baru tu, at the same time.. aku hantar resume dekat company lain. Tanya kawan-kawan ada job opening ke kat tempat diorang. TAPI aku tak berhenti kerja selagi belum dapat kerja lain

i pilih utk hidup tenang. keje tenang. kalo gaji byk, mental koyak, esok2 x pasal2 i kene spend duit beli ubat anti stress, ubt susah tido, ubat itu ini.. lg costing. better hidup tenang2 je janji hutang dpt byr, masih boleh makan

betul2 buntu ni. Apa-apa pun berbalik kepada your career goal. If you aiming for career progression. Might worth to find other jobs yang mampu offer 20% above gaji you kerja sekarang. Kalau takat kerja for the sake of stability, downgrade is not a bad choice either. I suka kerja chill sebab you not gonna burden with heavy workload or dragging your personal time untuk buat kerja. Life is to short to put everything for work right. Boleh berhenti tapi kena ada backup

Dilema juga tu. Honestly, kalau you rasa kurang 30% tu tak affect mana dengan spending you and tempat kerja tu dekat dengan rumah, probably just go for it. If not, dont give up, keep looking for better offers. InshaAllah, semoga kita semua dipermudahkan dan dilancarkan rezeki
