2 months ago ada opening internally dekat department lain. Aku saja la try nasib sebab member ajak. Sekali lekat. Dapat offer. Sekarang member pulak cakap tak yah la pergi..sape nk join dia lunch sama2 nanti 😂 But seriously, aku tak tahu nk accept ke tak. Korang bagi pendapat sikit.
new position: better salary, new challenges, byk benda baru boleh belajar. Good for career growth.
Position sekarang: Dah terbiasa dgn workflow, know what to expect, kawan2 best, boss baik.
Patut pindah ke stay?

Honestly, if it were me, i think i would choose new department. Sebab gaji lagi tinggi. And I'm willing to get out of my comfort zone. Kawan2 yg from department sekarang tu bukannya tak boleh keluar lunch sama2. Anytime pun boleh lepak. Dah tukar department nanti lagi best sbb gossip makin banyak hahahaha 😄

Hahaha member tu takut lunch sorang je sebenarnya 😂 Tapi real talk — better salary & career growth tu memang susah nak tolak. Tapi kalau you happy sekarang and still learning, tak salah stay. Just jangan stay semata-mata sebab kawan. Kawan boleh support dari jauh jugak. Pilih yang long-term bagi manfaat.
