This is really inspiring, thank you Jobstreet!
For me, the biggest takeaway is when Margaret Cheng soft skills are the real game changers in the “Team Communication that Works” episode. She mentions being an effective communicator isn’t just about talking a lot, instead its how we need to learn to get our points across clearly and ensuring other people understand you. Its also about taking feedback and active listening.
This is something I would need to learn in my career if I want to excel.

Golden nuggets I learnt from the educational videos given:
1. Personal branding is all about our name. In the context of an Employee, it means to stand out - by making sure we perform well daily (and even make our boss look good).
2. It is important to have 2 anecdotes for each skill. It's important because it shows what skill we are good at, and help back up our claims.
3. To land our dream job - turn on alerts for job titles, connect with professionals in relevant industry.

Done completed the certification & posted on my Linkedin!
The course taught me that first of all, I need to pay more attention to my personal branding, especially in the professional level. Secondly, I need to be prepared to back-up my resume during job interviews. Thirdly, I’ve learned that the good timeline for me to follow-up on job interview process is 7-10 days. Next, I need to remember to always network, network, & network! Finally, I need to prioritise in improving my soft skills.

One thing I learnt is that job hunting isn’t just about sending out a bunch of resumes and hoping for the best. It’s more about being smart, like actually understanding what the company is looking for, tweaking your resume to match, and making real connections instead of just clicking ‘apply’. Basically, quality over quantity!

Through all the video in advice series, learning that beside professional skills:
1️⃣ The 'Soft Skills' is much more important in daily life. Imagine going anywhere; soft skills help in every way, even building up your personality — that can be your personal brand.✨.
2️⃣ While waiting application progress, being patient and attending another conference(we called it SUMMIT now) to build up your knowledges, meeting correct industries is the key of success! ⭐
3️⃣Always be listener and feedback

Just to let you know what i get from those videos:
So, what's the biggest takeaway?
I’d say it’s the importance of researching the company before tailoring your resume. I used to think one resume fits all but now I’m rethinking everything!
I also used to find it funny to record myself during mock interviews but now I see the value it’s actually helpful to observe my expressions and body language.
