Hi nak tanya, salahke kalau mintak gaji rm2800 and also mintak jadi supervisor if dah ada certificate in culinary tahap 3 and pernah kerja fnb 6 bulan sebagai fulltime ,and handle own food business also assist in banyak kerja manager. Sebab kebanyakkan kerja yang apply semua nak bagi gaji 1700

No harm at all in asking for RM2800, especially with your experience and culinary cert. You’ve got solid background in F&B and managing your own food biz, so that’s definitely worth more than RM1700. If they offer lower, you can always try to negotiate or look for other places that value your skills more. Don’t be afraid to ask for what you deserve!
