Hi! I'm currently exploring new opportunities in the data field, with a strong interest in entry-level QA Engineer roles. Although I don't have direct experience in QA or data roles, I am a fast learner with a solid interest in data and a basic knowledge of C++ and Python. Most of the job openings I’ve come across require several years of experience, which makes me unsure about how to transition from my current role. I have four years of experience as a QA Engineer in the manufacturing industry.

Your QA experience in manufacturing is definitely a plus. For data roles, maybe focus on learning some basics of data testing tools or SQL coz it can really help. Also don’t forget to show that you’re a fast learner and super interested in data during interviews. Sometimes they value attitude over experience.
