I just started exploring data analytics, but every time I join webinars, networking events, or look at team structures in big companies—it's always mostly men. There are some women, but not many. Why is that? Is this field naturally more 'male-dominated'? Or do women just not see enough opportunities in data analytics? If there are any women here in the field, please share your experience. How do you carve out space as a female data analyst?

Memang traditionally lebih ramai lelaki, tapi makin ramai wanita yang masuk field ni. Jangan risau, asalkan ada skills & passion, boleh carve your own space. Tech field sekarang pun dah makin inclusive
