Sebagai rider, kadang-kadang susah nak elak kena saman especially bila trafik sesak atau parking penuh. Soalan saya, siapa yang kena bayar kalau kena saman? Adakah rider yang tanggung, atau boleh claim dengan company? Pernah dengar cerita ada company yang tolong settle, tapi ada juga yang tak. Ada sesiapa kat sini yang pernah alami situasi ni? Boleh share pengalaman/cara nk handle? BTW sy rider yg company hire utk hantar2 barang. Bukan permanent staff pun.
