Hi nak tanya, i baru start kerja so far semua okay. probation 3 months and during probation notice 1 months after dah confirm notice 3 months. so dekat sini i nak tanya if boleh ke nak kerja during probation je then nak resign atas alasan jumpa better offer/ cari opportunity lain yang align dengan study background?

boleh je, takde masalah pun. janji refer balik offer letter kena serve notice period berapa lama. biasa utk probation notice period lagi sekejap berbanding bila dah confirm after probation.
