I swear my biggest hack as a fresh grad wasn’t my CGPA. Yes, it's above 3.0 but that's not it. I learnt a trick during my uni years where a career speaker told us to document everything. Every group project, volunteer task & class presentations, I turned them into a portfolio. During interviews, on top of presenting my achievements, I also show them my portfolio as a proof of credibility and it WORKED! I got hired! My skills speak louder than my degree! Do you hv any tricks that worked for you?

I noticed before this when i applied for jobs. I didnt get any responses. Most likely is because how i wrote my resume. So i rewrote it.. change my points instead and focus on the results.
