Junior Digital Marketer
Sharing my experience as a fresh grad. Got 4 job offers:
1- Customer service for an airline (Salary RM2.3k + allowance RM2.8k) - Rejected sbb nk stay rumah lama sikit.
2- Customer service for Dell (RM2.1k + allowance RM2.7k) - Rejected for same reason.
4 - Translator (RM2.5k + chance to live overseas for 1 year). Rejected sbb parent tak bagi.
5- E-commerce. RM2.5k. Accepted.
My advice, don't feel bad utk tolak kerja. But don't nego salary kalau you 50/50. Only nego if you betul2 nak kerja tu
