Dear fresh grads, a 4 flat CGPA doesn't get you far. Learning extra skills don't mean anything. Knowing the right people will not get you promoted. But, having the right attitude, a positive mindset and willingness to grow will always open doors for you no matter where you are. Whether your first company is a startup, SME or MNC, you will go far in life if you're trustworthy, collaborative, and easy to work with. Mark my words.. I've seen enough 😉 Anymore qualities will make you successful?

“Attitude is everything” is a bit of a stretch. You still need actual skills and results, not just good vibes.

This feels a bit idealistic. Plenty of hardworking, positive people still get stuck without the right connections or opportunities.

Sounds nice, but kinda oversimplified. CGPA, skills, and networking do matter in the real world, not just “attitude”

Betul sangat2! My colleague dengan second class lower degree dah jadi team lead in 2 years because dia genuinely cared about the team's success, bukan just his own. Add empathy to the list! Pemimpin yang empathetic memang rare and valuable sangat.

Facts je ni. My first boss always said "I can teach skills, but I cannot teach attitude." Stayed with me sampai sekarang. Resilience pun penting sbb workplace will test you, and how you bounce back defines everything.
