Human Resources Manager
My terrible interview experience with a candidate recently:
1- Came in late for his slot. Didn't say sorry. Came empty-handed despite being told to bring certs. Wore just T-shirt & jeans.
2- Ask standard questions: introduce yourself, wdyk about the company, explain your skills etc but mostly answered: I DONT KNOW.
3- A fresh grad but took 8 years to finish his study. Is this a red flag?
Lastly, didn't say thank you. Just got up & leave. Sigh. Why are you wasting my time and your time?
