3 bulan notice untuk fresh grad memang panjang tapi not impossible to negotiate. Kalau you dah decide nak keluar, start prepare proof of workload + achievements, and time resign nanti bincang terus tentang shortening notice. Kadang2 company setuju sebab dia pun tahu you dah run the show. Jangan burn out lama-lama, mental kena jaga.
