Harap next time HR janganlah list EPF, SOCSO, and EIS as benefits. Nampak red flag sgt. Pastu time interview tanya, ‘What other benefits do you offer kalau tak boleh bagi salary yang I mintak?’ dia jawab, ‘We give EPF and SOCSO.’ Like bruh… that’s literally wajib, not a benefit.

Setuju. Wajib ada. Wajib bagi setiap full timer atau contract worker. Dia akan jadi benefit bila lebih dari yg ditetapkan. Conth AL jadi lebih dari 12 hari. Benefit tu macam elauns. fuel or food allowance.

Haha agree. I pun rasa itu bukan sebahagian benefit. Benefit sebenar macam medical card, allowance, bonus, WFH, training budget, extra AL. Itu mesti company local ni yg ckp macam tu

yes that's true EPF, SOCSO, and EIS are mandatory for all FTs, but if a company contributes extra to EIS, then that can be considered a benefit
