Sambil-sambil tunggu jawapan dari pihak Hr. you can look around on other jobs for backup juga. Process pemilihan candidate jadi lambat sebab HR ni banyak benda kena buat. Contoh, background checking, prepare onboarding documents, dapatkan signature untuk loa. Tetap banyak involves orang atas punya decision making
