I paling tak suka bila candidate tak reti nak reply whatsapp cepat2 bila I mesej tanya pasal availability to call or nak set interview. Selalu pulak tu reply after working hours. You ingat i nak layan? I masa tu dah balik rumah, nak masak, nk settle hal family. Ada jugak yang jenis ambik masa 2-3 hari to reply. You ingat you sorang je ke candidate dlm list i?? I reject terus yang jenis mcm ni. You don't take me serioulsy, I also don't take you seriously! Pls remember this simple courtesy yeah

That's pretty normal tho. Kalau dia reply text awak awal, belum tentu juga candidate tu akan dapat job. betul tak? Use common sense juga dekat situ. mungkin dia sedang bekerja. And maybe to them, dia rasa unethical untuk interact with HR/hiring manager or recruiter dlm waktu dia tengah bekerja

I know u nak buat keje cepat. That’s why u guna medium Whatsapp but in proper way should be thru email tho. Not everyone is available 24/7. They also have their own tasks. Xkan la u masuk keje xtgk email dulu. Mesti tgk email first kan before u do your own work. So kalau xnak diganggu after work, so just informed thru email.

Kalau dia reply awal mcm lah kau betul2 nk hired dia,klu lepas dtg interview pun belum tentu kau hire diorang, kena tunggu 2 minggu nanti kitorang call last2 x call pun. HR nowadays mostly terlalu memilih pekerja especially the fresh graduated, not the experience one so you can pay them lower, that's why most experience or 30's people had to change their carrier because they have no chance to apply their dream job.
