Walaupun ramai yang suka kecam Gen Z, one thing about them is they're never afraid to ask for what they're worth. Sekarang fresh grads semakin ramai berani speak up isu pasal gaji, work-life balance and mental health. This is actually VERY GOOD because generasi baru dah mula sedar nilai diri sendiri dan tahu hak mereka. Lagi ramai yang bersuara, lagi cepat industri akan berubah. Saya percaya masa depan fresh grad akan lebih cerah kalau awareness ni terus berkembang. Keep up the good work! 🔥

Speak up tu bagus tapi bila jadi overconfident sampai tak nak belajar basic kerja dulu, itu yang jadi masalah. Ada fresh grads yang masuk kerja terus expect nak senang tapi tak faham workplace requires compromise and patience too.

Trend Gen Z berani bersuara ni ada both pros and cons. Awareness terhadap hak memang penting tapi bila terlalu vocal tanpa faham dasar syarikat atau polisi dalaman, itu boleh create unnecessary conflict. It’s crucial to balance advocacy with understanding of compliance frameworks.
