hi,just want to share my problem.
Well, I'm a intern student right now, and I happy working at this company. But, is it normal sometimes we got 'different layanan' like, I was the only Melayu and staff there is Chinese, so they treated me.. weird. Whenever I asked a simple question like "Maam, can you please explain more about this blah blah." I always said with "please" and know the adab la dgn sekeliling everytime we talked. So, I do that. But, then I will get mad by them without no reason :(

No one should be treated differently just because of their background. If you’re polite and professional but still getting mad at, that’s a problem on their side, not yours. It’s normal to feel confused and upset in situations like this. Maybe keep documenting incidents in case you need to escalate or talk to HR, but don’t blame yourself for their behavior.
