Saya pergi 2x iv dekat kl utk company yg sama. Position yg agak besar dengan rate gaji yg stabil. Ok je mula2 tu. Then 2nd iv dah confirm dapat kerja then dah sign contract. Tiba2 company decide nak relocate dekat branch lain which is lagi jauh dr 1st choice. Saya still accept sebab dia inform dah last minute. Tiba2 malam tu someone dr company call saya balik tanya kenapa saya accept offer tu even jauh dari rumah. Dia juga asking utk minta void contract sbb dia cakap sure saya x boleh nak commit

Pakcik just cant brain sometimes.why would the HR do this to candidates.hahahah ..it happen to me recently and i can feel the frustrations end up i give up with the job and resume back my job hunting looking for the best possibility offered in town!

This situation memang unfair. Dah sign contract, then diorang sendiri yang minta void dengan alasan yang datang dari pihak mereka jugak. Kalau awak masih minat kerja tu, boleh try explain komitmen awak. Tapi kalau rasa red flag, maybe itu tanda awal untuk tarik diri.
