Salam and hi! My interview is coming up but everytime pergi IV, i struggle dengan soalan ni. "Why should we hire you?" Macam mana nak jawab dengan penuh yakin tanpa rasa macam tengah oversell diri sendiri? Atau ada tak cara untuk tunjukkan kelebihan kita tapi still nampak humble? Kalau korang ada tips atau contoh jawapan yang pernah result in korang dapat job tu, please share! I selalu stuck nak jawab soalan ni sebab takut jawapan tak cukup kuat. 😅

Can just be real and say something like, "I believe I can contribute because I have experience in [mention your skills], and I’m always looking to learn and improve. I’m also a team player and I’m ready to take on new challenges." It’s confident but doesn’t sound like you’re overselling yourself. Just keep it simple and to the point!

A good way to answer is by talking about how your skills match the job and how you're eager to contribute. Shows you’re confident, but humble at the same time.
