Waited for almost 3 hours for the interview session because I am the fourth and last candidate. Ended up doing good during the interview and became the first choice candidate. Negotiated the salary offer to a bit lower than my expected salary (just to increase the chance of them offering me the job). They ended up offering me the job but the asked me to report earlier than my notice period. 1 month rather than 3 as per my employment terms. No mention of immediate employment in the ads.
