Pernah nangis time interview tak? I pernah. And honestly I rasa malu sangat! I ingat mesti tak dapat kerja tu bcz I showed a vulnerable part of myself yang nampak lemah. But surprisingly, I GOT THE JOB! Actually, I was so stressed bila diorang tanya "why you're quitting your current job?" and secara tak sedar, I got emotional. From this experience, I learnt that it's OK to be true to yourself dan tak semua benda you kena bagi jawapan skema. Sometimes, interviewers just wanna see the real you 😉

Honestly from an HR point of view, we don’t judge candidates for showing emotions especially when the topic is personal or sensitive. What matters most is your sincerity and how you carry yourself after that moment. Congrats on the job and clearly they saw your potential beyond that one question!

I just experienced this yesterday 😭 cried during interview , she said i was not confident enough in myself. She said i was not accepted for the role but offer to intern with them and she wants me to be under her so she can help me in building confidence.
