Ini pengalaman IV paling rare for me. I pernah dapat interview invitation pukul 7 pagi. At first I takut kena scam bcz tak byk info yg pasal company tu online. But i cekalkan hati & went alone. Turned out, memang real pun haha. The boss wanted to see me early morning sebab dia ada flight to catch & that position was kinda urgent. Pengajaran yg i belajar ialah kalau nak pergi IV yang suspicious, pls ajak somebody teman. Also, avoid interview di luar waktu bekerja utk keselamatan diri sendiri 😉

For me, paling pelik was an interview dekat satu cafe ni. Masa tu pun I dah rasa macam pelik sebab bukan dekat office, and the interviewer pun tak pakai formal langsung, dia datang pakai selipar! 😅 I terus rasa macam something’s off. Lepas tu bila dia start tanya soalan pun very unprofessional. Macam nak scout untuk jadi downline dia. I ended up thanked him and politely walked away. After that memang I double check semua details before say yes to any IV! Better safe than sorry 💀

7 pagi tu memang rare 😅 Tapi bagus you alert & buat research dulu. Biasanya kalau IV terlalu awal, lokasi tak familiar atau company susah nak cari info... tu semua boleh jadi red flag. Next time, just make sure ada orang tahu you pergi mana & kalau rasa tak sedap hati, better reschedule or skip je.

First time dengar IV pukul 7 pagi! Good thing it turned out okay! As a fresh grad, I think we all need to be extra careful sebab banyak sangat job scam sekarang. Kalau anything rasa sus, I’ll usually minta details through email and only go if everything checks out. Thanks for the reminder!

4 tahun lepas i dapat call dari sorang manager untuk job position yang i pernah apply and it is quite big company. Manager tu call luar waktu bekerja around 7pm at first i was shocked lah dah i baru habis kerja shift 7-7 dekat current company i haritu then dapat call so i layan jelah on call phone interview about 1 hours like that. There’s no proper invitation for attend interview thru email or what just a phone call 😂 Suprisingly the day after he call HR call i diterima masuk company tu.

If it feels rushed or unclear, it can affect how people perceive your professionalism. Even if it’s urgent, we should always make sure candidates feel safe, informed and respected.

My experience is during my first interview was there was nothing wrong with this company legit. The websites is too good to be true for a 2 years company. During the IV session the boss said wanted to test me and bring me to site location and boom tomorrow start working. End up the boss is so toxic and always put blame to his staff especially to the staff that he did not like. So i gerak lu pape roger

Temujanji dibuat 2 jam awal.
Alasan dia adalah dia tak nak ganggu masa kerja masing-masing.
Mujur temuduga itu berlangsung dengan sangat santai sahaja.

Pengalaman interview yg I x blh lupa... I just came back from Saudi n job hunting. Went for IV with one of well known hosp. The interviewer was department manager and HR staff. This person interview I mcm nak gaduh... Question yg tanya pun marah2. Apa yg I jwb, ada sj x betul. Lps habis intv, HR minta tunggu sekejap. Then she informed me yg I get the position. Then I walk out, masuk dlm kereta, mood swing, muka monyok.. My husband ask me, why x dpt ke position tu. Then I jwb, dpt... tp.. I erm..
