I get what you mean, it’s not easy working hard with that kind of pay. 2k is definitely not enough when you’ve got a family to take care of. The automotive industry can be underappreciated in terms of pay, but if you feel like you’ve hit a ceiling, maybe it’s time to look for a better offer or even explore other industries with higher pay for the same level of skill. You deserve better than that!
