Here's the thing, I have a lot of interest and nowadays there a abundance of way to earn certificate. How do I decide what matter the most? Based on World Economic Forum, skill as graphic designer & copywriting will be replaced by AI. My interest, Programming also will be replace if my skills are mediocre. How do you manage your skills? and which path to follow? based on interest? or career progression? or job market trends?

Start with your interest but evaluate it through the lens of career sustainability. Programming might change but strong programmers who can adapt will always be needed. Maybe aim for “T-shaped” skills, go deep in one area you love but stay broad enough to shift when trends change. Also don’t chase certificates for the sake of it, focus on ones that prove real skills.
