Procurement Analyst
Hi. I nak tanya… valid ke utk company tu extend probation period just because we ask a lot of questions? And, is it a healthy circle bila kita need to work independently walhal bekerja in group. Like we are not allow to ask questions until betul betul dah mati akal. The problem is, need to handle the ticket and have the SLA. Mestilah nak kejar masa. Someone please enlighten me 🥺

Honestly, that sounds quite stressful and unfair. Probation shouldn’t be extended just sebab kita banyak tanya, especially if you’re genuinely trying to learn. Good workplaces usually encourage questions and teamwork. If they expect you to work totally independently but also have tight deadlines, that’s a recipe for burnout. Maybe try talking to HR or a mentor about this?

Bergantung kepada soalan apa yang ditanya. Jika tanya soalan sama berulang kali, ini memang bermasalah. Jika untuk belajar sepatutnya tiada masalah.
Dalam masa yang sama, jika semua hendak disuap pun adalah perkara negatif. Majikan prefer pekerja yang ada insiatif untuk belajar sendiri dan berdikari.
