Feeling really disappointed ☹️ After 3 years at this company and consistently solid KPI scores, I honestly hoped for a 10% increment this year. But when boss gave only 3%, and I saw colleagues with lower scores getting more, it hit me that I’m not truly appreciated here. So I’ve decided to start looking for a job where my work actually matters, with real opportunities to grow and learn. Should I go for MNC this time? But I only have 3 years of experience, would that be enough to apply?

You’re not overreacting. If the company can’t even reward consistency, there’s no future there. Move on and find somewhere that actually pays what you’re worth.

Yeah, that’s a red flag. When lower performers get more, it’s not about merit anymore. 3 years is enough, just go for MNC roles and see what sticks

Honestly, 3% after solid performance is a joke. No point staying somewhere that clearly doesn’t value you. Start applying elsewhere ASAP.

sbnrnya kan, just trust your gut. When appreciation is missing, no increment percentage will fix it. MNC exposure at this stage of your career could be really valuable. Apply, explore and worst case you'll know your market worth. Win-win je! 😊

Hmm, same boat dulu. Stayed loyal, performed well, still kena overlook. Best decision I made was leaving. MNC or not, go where you're valued. 3 years experience is solid enough, especially if you have measurable achievements to show. Jangan undersell yourself tau! 🔥

MNC ada pros and cons tau. Better pay and structure, yes betul, but sometimes more politics and slower progression. Weigh what matters most to you right now: money, learning, title, or flexibility? At 3 years exp, you qualify for many roles. Just be clear on your "why" before you move.
