The shortcut to my role came from a weird trick I tried: I added a mini case study in my resume. One section. Just 3 lines. I explained the problem, what I did & the results. Then during interviews, I brought up the same story and explained deeper. It made me look consistent, prepared, and reliable. Simple, but it changed everything! From several interviews, I got hired by 3 companies. All said the case study proved I’m a team player and a real asset. 😊 Have you tried adding a case study?

Interesting. I never try anything like this, my resume just a typical corporate style writing. Just making sure no spelling errors or any missed out important points. Glad this works for you! But putting effort in contacting the recruiter can be impact on getting me interviews too. Have you tried that? I actually get interview about two times as often when i reach out vs when i don't
