I’ve been job hunting for almost 3 months now tapi tak ada satu interview pun. I dah alter my resume, asked people for advice, cari cara how to make my resume ATS friendly, even used the help of an AI tapi none seems to be working or is it the HR team yang doesn’t want to do the job? I dah perasan few companies open the same vacancy in their respective company thrice within a span of 4 months, and setiap kali position tu open, setiap kali tu jugak I applied and sent my resume but nothing further

You’re doing everything right, seriously. Kadang HR pun ada 'shortlist bias' or guna referral dulu before looking at outside applications. Maybe try a different angle like start networking on LinkedIn, connect with current employees of those companies or even email HR personally after applying. Kadang benda kecil macam tu boleh buat beza besar.
