Nasihat untuk kita semua dalam menghadapi krisis dunia. PLEASE. JANGAN. RESIGN! Percayalah, someone out there is dying to be in your place. There are people yang dah kena retrench and persaingan sangat sengit sekarang. Nak cari kerja susah beb. Bukan kata you takde pengalaman, tapi you pun bukan rare. Ramai lagi mcm you kat luar sana. Cuba berdamai dengan takdir. Kalau kerja tu susah, stress, cuba kawal emosi dan ego kita. Tugas kita cuma pergi kerja, balik dan dapat gaji. It's ENOUGH.

Maaf..Tak setuju. Kalau kita kerja stress, gaji pun kecik, tempat kerja pulak toxis, jauh dari rumah nak hadap jem lagi. It's better you cari kerja yg lagi bagus. Nak cari kerja yg bagus kena tengok kompeni jugak. Study pasal kompeni tu. Baca review job kat beberapa platform. Klau bawah 4.0 jangan masuk kompeni tu.

Saya setuju kita kena realistik dengan keadaan ekonomi sekarang. Tapi saya rasa penting juga untuk kita ingat especially to all my muslim bros n sis, rezeki bukan semata-mata dari kerja tu, tapi dari Allah. Kerja hanyalah asbab. Kalau kita terlalu bergantung pada job security semata-mata, kita mudah jadi takut dan tertekan. Tawakkal tu penting — usaha jalan, tapi hati tetap yakin Allah yang susun semuanya.

currently serving my notice and my last day on 15/4. i love my team members but the upper management is too micromanage and i cant hold it anymore. job scope are not clear and the SOP always changing. didnt know which one need to prioritize. seems like everything urgent and need to be settle immediately. even my manager they treat him like a puppet, there is no empowerment and decision making.

Dulu mindset saya camtu lah. Takut nak resign. Apply2 kerja tak dapat sangkut walaupun sekadar interview. Tapi baru2 ni saya nekad resign. Alhamdulillah, sebaik sahaja saya letak surat, macam2 panggilan interview saya dapat. InshaAllah ada rezeki saya sebelum notice period saya habis. Kita kena percaya rezeki datang dariNya, dan majikan kita tu sekadar ‘orang tengah’
