IDK who needs to hear this but if you ever feel like quitting your job to protect your mental health, even without a backup plan, pls know that doesn't make you a failure. YOU ARE STILL A FIGHTER ❤️
I've been there. Someone once told me that quitting means i'm weak, but i truly believe it takes strength to WALK AWAY from something that's hurting you. Mental health isn't a competition. It's self-love 💪🏻 You deserve peace and a healthy workplace elsewhere. Listen to your body. You matter 🫂

Thank you so much for this 🥺 I really needed to hear it today. Been struggling quietly for weeks. Showing up to work everyday while feeling completely drained and defeated inside. I kept thinking maybe I'm just not strong enough, maybe I'm giving up too soon. But your words reminded me that it's okay to choose myself. I’m not weak for wanting peace. Truly… thank you. It means more than you know ❤️

Couldn’t agree more. Whether it’s the environment or our own mental wellbeing, sustainability means knowing when something is no longer serving us and having the courage to pivot. Walking away isn’t weakness, it’s resilience. We need more spaces and workplaces that honor human health as much as we do environmental health. Thank you for this powerful reminder.

This message is so powerful. We spend so much time proving our worth through productivity, we forget that our health and happiness matter too. Thank you for normalising the idea that walking away is sometimes the bravest thing we can do.

Sales can be relentless.. targets, calls, rejections, pressure to perform. I’ve smiled through burnout more times than I can count. But this reminded me that stepping away doesn’t mean I’ve failed, it means I’m choosing myself. Thank you for this.
