Unemployed 4 months. Applied everywhere.
10 yrs exp as senior dev - open source, backend, cost-saving.
When Specify my skills? Comapny say “Overqualified.”
Hide My skills? Comapny say “Underqualified.”
Perfect match? Comapny say “Fresh grads only.”
Low pay, insane expectations, fake jobs.
Feels like companies just fishing resumes.
Anyone else facing this nonsense?
